The breakfast had a fantastic selection of continental and asian dishes. i was very pleased. the location worked great for me. The nearby mrt station made getting around very easy. i found the staff very helpful. They really went out of their way to assist with my needs.

There was a musty smell in the corridor, and it was noticeable as i entered the room. the shower was in a bathtub, and the ceiling felt low. I almost bumped my head. the bed wasn't very comfortable, and my back felt stiff after a few nights.

Really good location, unbeatable access!

central location helpful staff efficient service good rates

I appreciated the hotel's location right by the main station. EVERYTHING was so accessible. The staff was helpful, and currency exchange at the front desk provided good rates (a HUGE plus). I enjoyed the sauna and turkish bath, although HOT, as well as the gym. I found room service efficient and tipping felt appropriate.

The room emitted a slight sewer smell from time to time, seeming to originate from the P-trap, BUT it only lasted a few minutes.

Rooms

9/10

The room included excellent air conditioning, essential for the outside heat, and the cleanliness was perfect. Bottled water was generously provided, and three elevators made access quick and easy throughout the hotel floors.

Dining

8/10

Breakfast had a great variety. Especially local dishes were awesome! There are convenience stores such as 7-Eleven and Family Mart right next to the hotel. A complimentary coffee voucher was a nice touch, too.
